1:	By using the Secretary of State's "My Voter Page". Once you have located your voter record, you can change your info using the site.
2:	By making the change when obtaining a new driver's license or state issued identification card.
3:	By filling out a new registration application at the Elections and Registration Office (located in the Heard County Courthouse), a public library, public assistance center or military recruitment center.
4:	By printing out a registration application and mailing it to the Secretary of State or to the Heard County Board of Elections and Registration PO Box 427 Franklin, GA 30217.
5:	By filling out a change of name and/or address when voting at the poll during early voting or on Election Day.
