Heard County Requesting Offers from Qualified Brokers for Employee Benefit Consulting Services

The Heard County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Employee Benefits Consulting Services for the County’s employee benefits program. Services include, but are not limited to: benefit plan evaluation, renewal negotiation, strategic planning, compliance support, and ongoing consultation.

RFP documents may be obtained from the Heard County website located HERE.

Sealed proposals must be received no later than 12:00 PM (EST) on Thursday, July 24, 2025, at the Heard County Board of Commissioners Office, 201 Park Avenue, Room 200, Franklin, GA 30217. Late or electronic submissions will not be accepted.

The Heard County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities. Final selection is expected to occur at the regular Commission meeting on August 19, 2025, at 6:30 pm.
