• Access the Portal: Click here: https://accountportal.onsolve.net/heardcounty  or scan the QR code below.
  
  
• Start Registration: Click Register under the login area.
  
  
• Profile Setup: Enter your name and create a unique username and password.
  
  
• Verify Your Identity: Enter your email to receive a one-time verification code.
  
  
• Add Devices: Click Add Device to list all phone numbers (voice and SMS) and email addresses.
  
  
• Pinpoint Your Location: Click Add Address to mark your home or work location on the map—ensuring you only receive alerts for your area.
  
  
• Select Alert Types & Save: Choose your preferred notifications (Emergency, General, etc.) and click SAVE.

CHECK YOUR REGISTRATION STATUS

• If you Signed up BEFORE March 31, 2025? Your info should have migrated. If you are unsure, just re-register now, this will not cause you to get two notifications if you are already in the system.

• If you Signed up AFTER March 31, 2025? Your registration was likely not included. You must sign up again to ensure you are covered.
